Matsui 55 Baseball Foundation hosted a baseball clinic, on Sunday October 16th in Ishikawa, Japan. This was our second baseball clinic in Japan, and first in Ishikawa which is Matsui’s hometown. Matsui himself provided coaching for the young baseball players, some who were wearing the same uniform that he wore when he was young. Matsui demonstrated his batting skills, and took part in a Q and A sessions as well as autograph / photo sessions at the end of the clinic, and the participants enjoyed their time with their hometown hero.
